Senior Architect – Dublin (Data Centre) €95,000 – €110,000 + Bonus + Full Package We are seeking a Senior Architect to join a growing architectural team delivering Irish public sector and large-scale projects across Ireland. This role is suited to a technically strong, delivery-focused architect who can lead projects from concept through construction, mentor junior team members, and manage client and consultant coordination, all within a flexible, hybrid working environment.
• Lead architectural design and technical delivery across multiple projects
• 7+ years’ post-registration experience
• Experience with Department of Education, OPW, or Local Authority projects
• €95,000 – €110,000 salary
Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote | Flexible Working Hours
The Role
• Manage projects from planning and design stages through to construction completion
• Oversee compliance with Department of Education requirements, TGDs, and public sector guidelines
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and specialist disciplines
• Ensure full compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, fire safety, accessibility, and planning conditions
• Review and sign off drawing packages and technical submissions
• Lead quality assurance processes and document control
• Manage RFIs, site queries, and contractor coordination
• Mentor architectural technologists and junior architects
• Drive sustainability initiatives including NZEB, retrofit, and low-carbon design strategies
Experience & Skills Required
• Registered Architect (RIAI or eligible)
• Strong Revit proficiency
• Proven experience delivering Irish public sector or large-scale commercial projects
• Strong understanding of BCAR and Assigned Certifier processes
• Excellent client-facing and coordination skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage project timelines
Advantageous
• Exposure to refurbishment and retrofit schemes
• Strong interest in sustainability and decarbonisation
